How long has your tank been cycling ?
Your biological filter is growing. Takes a little time.
The biological filter converts Ammonia to nitrite then to nitrate.
You havent told us how long the tanks been set up.

my tank is about 3 months old well i upgraded inbetween its already cycled i had a anemone die in it. that was taken out 3 days ago. i already know all about the nitrifiying bactaria and everyhting my trates are 20 trites are 3.0

now some of my corals arnt looking good and the otheres looks happy as hell
