nitrate tetra vs instant ocean? help

I am having a nitrate problem. with the tetra test my level is really high and with the instant ocean one my nitrates are really low.. i dont know which to follow.. which is the best testing kits to use? i am 3 weeks into cycling and am planing on having a lot of coral..

Nitrate kits are notoriously unreliable. I don't know which, if either of those two, is more likely to be accurate. Sorry.

Well, I'd recommend a different kit, although I'm not certain how reliable most others are too, but a Salifert or LaMotte kit might be more reliable, or perhaps the new Pinpoint electronic meter.
