Nitrate too high!

This is my first saltwater tank and I'm just wondering what i can do to drop my nitrate levels. My tank has completed its cycle with Ammonia and Nitrite both at 0 and my Nitrate at 100. It's a 25 gallon tank with 50 pounds of live rock and 40 pounds of live sand. Nothing else in the tank but power heads/filters/protein skimmer ect.... Any advice would be much help

PS. I was also wondering if i should add my clean up crew first or fish? and if clean up crew, what would be a good clean up crew for me (I prefer if i could have a small crab somewhere in there, without it eating my future corals and such. Really like how the emerald crab looks)

I'd do a water change to lower my nitrates.

As far as livestock, I'd get some hermits and your emerald crab. Get your fish when all levels are at or near zero.

I would do a 50% water change. This will drop you nitrate to 50ppm. Then add your clean up crew. Start with the clean up crew first but don't go too large on the clean up crew.

1 week after the first water change I would do another 50% waterchange this will leave you at 25ppm. Continue this routine until your around 5-10ppm then I would add the first fish.
