Nitrates in new tank.

How long do you guys think it takes for the nitrates to go down after transferring tanks? I know sometimes you have mini cycles when doing it and i did but i did not lose anything. But now i have some high nitrates. Any suggestions on when they'll go down or how i can make them go down?

do a few small water changes like 2 a week until you get them down i heard if you do a large wc at this point it could cause the tank to cycle again

Ok, i will do that then. Thanks alot bro. Yeah, i am wanting to get some more sps for it but i dont wanna kill it all cause my nitrates haha.
