as stupid as this may sound but how is it possible i only have like 5ppm nitrates ...0 nitrites (i didnt test ammonia cause if the rest are good then so is ammonia)

You took out a lot of organics with the hair algae. Probably blew a lot of crap out of the live rock's interior as well. Don't look a gift test result in the mouth.

I agree with Joe, You pulled a lot of hair algae with means you pulled the nitrates out.

(havent tested in 4ever) but its just really low and i assumed since im not the best with water changes,etc that they would be alot higher

if the tank is fully cycled and has enough biological filtration you should never see any ammonia or nitrites. the amount of nitrates you have will depend on how much denitrification ability (to convert nitrates to nitrogen gas) your tank has.
