NJ Local Macro

Local Macro
I harvested this Macro in Shark River. I have only found it in 2 small areas, it seems very uncommon. It is branched, like a tree, has a base attached to structure and this group was attached to a floating Dock about 12 inches under water. I placed a piece in 2 different Tanks and some in a sump to see if it will survive in captivity. If it thrives it could be a nice addition to our Macros.

I thought Iposted this, I must be getting senile.

It is Codium and I collect it on Montauk where you can't walk without tripping over it.
