I went out to shoot today, but never took one shot. When I got home, I figured I'd shoot a couple things here. Now, you must understand, I don't shoot over 200 ISO, which both of these are at. These were with only ambient light from the TV and a lamp about 10 feet away.

2 sec shutter, f10, a reflection

7 sec shutter, f10

Oh come on, there's at least one candle in that jack-o-lantern.

200 ISO! You radical. Did you need some liquid wrench and a vise grip to rotate your rusted in position ISO knob? ;)

Nice job with the pumpkin and flowers.

The quality of light is interestingly weird on the flowers. The patterns in the shadows and negative space are cool.

Franky, you just need to think about things a bit. Those are set up shots. It's rare that I get to do that. If you look at those or the ones Reef Bass/Ken posted, understand the parameters were basically set to get a reaction we were looking for. Tripods were used. I don't don't get to do that too much.
