no email response from Mitzi

I ordered a bunch of things from you guys about a month ago. After my package was shipped I recieved an email from Mitzi stating that you were out of 1 inch strainers and that you would send this to me as soon as you got it in. Well about a month has passed and I emailed Mitzi back on Friday looking for an update on the product and I have yet to recieve an email back. I would love to get an update on this.

It is possible that your email may have been missed or mis-directed in our system. Please email us at customercare@marinedepot.com and provide us with your name so we can look up the order for you.

If you are waiting for the 1" slip strainer, they are still back-ordered by the manufacturer. We are expecting another shipment next week so will hopefully have them then.

It is the 1 inch slip strainer, my question is answered then, you have just yet to get them. Thanks for your time and the quick response

If you can email me at joseph@marinedepot.com with your account information, I can have the guys ship out the strainer for you USPS Priority Mail Service so it would get to you a little quicker.

If you want, you can also give me a bit more detail on the application/installation and I can see if we have some other parts that may for for you.
