No growth advice

Looking for some advice. I got multiple frags from copps a few months back. One particular frag has refused to grow which is the turquoise hoek. All my other frags and colonies are doing well but this one is not even encrusting.

Do you guys think fragging the frag would help, or just wait it out? I know it is still alive it has good color and when I took it out to examine last week it slimed up really well.

I think those are slow growers. That said, maybe consider relocating it to another area of your tank. Maybe contact Copps and see what his recommendations are for light and flow and try to replicate that with placement.

+1 some corals are crazy slow then one day they just bloom

Imho esp on SPS it's hard to tell some just won't grow at all, i've had ( before the KH dropped downto 4) a millipora while the other milli collony doubled (at least) is size this one did not grow one bit. Different locations, even next to the other one it just stayed alive.

Other corals didn't grow for 6 months, and then at a certain point it started growing faster then any other. Somtimes it's just hard to tell.
