no power. ziplock ice in sump?

I have no power for ac but do have power for filteration. has anyone put ice in ziplock bags and then into the aquarium to bring down the temp. looking to see if this is a good or bad idea.

You can also use 2 L soda bottles just don't fill them all the way up, freeze them and then float them in the tank or sump
