No Response to emails or calls

I have been trying to reach you but to no avail. I received the clips, and the new sized attachment about 2 weeks ago. The new attachment works great, thank you.

However the new clips just fall thru the lid. I sent you several emails with pictures (i'm on an iphone, so 1 picture per email, sorry). Please get back to me as I would like to get this resolved.

Hi Kevin,

I sent out replacement clips yesterday, and emailed you two videos showing how to install them. The exact clips in the video are on their way to you, so hopefully they will fit correctly. They do have a bit of a taper to them, so if they don't want to install one way, flip them around.
