Nocturnal anemone?

I have some nems that only come out after lights out. They are primarily translucent about 1.5 inches in diameter. During the day they are sucked in and present as a red dimple on the surface of the rock.

I will try to get a pic if possible. Any thoughts?

I have seen majano and have a few aiptasia that I control easily.

Any help or thoughts greatly appreciated.

Sounds like ball anemones.They prefer dark places.I have several and they don't bother anything in my tank.

I have two or three of them also. Seem like a clear pink.. Live under the rocks in a shaded area of my tank. Def different than mojano or aptasia. I've had these for a couple years and have not noticed any negative anything. And on the plus side mine don't produce very fast at all. So it's not like the pest type IMO..

Whether they were a pest or not was my biggest concern. They are mainly on one rock and don't seem to be damaging anything. Only thing close is some xenia.
