Noise bothering fish?

I have my fluval 304 right next to my tank on the same stand as my tank and was wondering if that would create a vibration or noise that may make my fish a little stressed? Should I relocate or not worry about this at all?

maybe a mouse pad under the filter would help vibration. the ocean is very noisy so dont worry if the fish dont act stressed.

I second that. I have fluval 404s on both my small tanks and they run pretty quiet anyway.
