Noisy level question.

I have 2 mp40w's and I am wondering when is the noise from the external side of the pump becomes a concern. As I said, I have 2 but one is making a loud electrical wine, the other is silent. I was hoping this noise would quite down with use, but I believe it is getting louder. Should I be concerned?
