Noisy MP10

I have 2 MP10s on the back of my Reefer 250. I can't seem to get one of them to line up correctly and the wet side keeps moving and sliding down. I cleaned the back wall, measured, and tried for over an hour. It's working now but loud if over 40%. The other side is fine. Also, the rear glass is not 1/2" like the front. It's 10mm.

Do you have the drysides mounted using the hanging tabs? Also, have you disassembled and cleaned the wetside? If the issue persists, please contact our customer service department directly.

Alex you guys warrantied this after some troubleshooting. Replacement showed up and is quiet. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
