noisy mp40w

any idea on what causes it? you can hear a pretty bad whine noise, its loud.... havent powered it up in a while, purcahsed it used and only used in freshwater, seems very noisy now..

Might want to post this in the Ecotech forum. Their customer service is excellent & I am sure they can diagnose/fix your problem.
