Noisy/vibrating wet end, please help

Folks,

I just cleaned one of my VT wet ends the other day and since then, it sounds like it's rubbing against something. It's very loud.

My cleaning entailed a wipe down and a fresh water spray. I cannot imagine that I somehow have caused the issue.

Has anyone else had problems with noisy/vibrating wet ends and if so, how did you reslove the issue? The unit is less than 3 months old.

Today the wet end starting slowly spinning on the side of the tank. I cleaned the glass, but it didn't help. It almost seams like the shaft is either warped, bent, or slightly off center which is causing both the vibration noise and the spin. I guess I'll have to send it in for service.

I had a problem like that with mine when i first set it up and seemed to be that the pins on the rubber part on the dry side had come unaligned.
