Noisy!!!!

We are now running two external pumps and I can't believe they are so noisy. This is how I felt when we turned them on a while back. What pumps do you guys run and what's quiet?

I run a water blaster HY5000, they run internal or external and only use 60 watts of power. What pumps do you have now? A lot of times it's not so much the pump but what its vibrating against, maybe some kind of rubber pad under it might help.
