Noobie algee question

Can anyone help guide me in the right direction please? My tank is about 6/7 months old. My filter is a emperor 400. And my tank is 65 gal. I do not use RODI yet... .

I have had this explosion of algee growth. I have one cleaning shrimp. What can I do to control my tank algee?
