Not Looking Good

So I've had my Saltwater tank now running for about 6 months now and I'm having some trouble keeping some corals alive. It's a 40 gallon tall. It has a Reef Octopus BH-100 Protein Skimmer, 2 power heads, and some LEDs. Here is a picture of my Polyps. They were fine and happy until about a week ago. Now they wont open up anymore.

I'm guessing a Salinity or Alkalinity problem. Please post all your latest test results.
