Hi guys.
I had a 180g inwall reef tank
Superstorm sandy flooded my house
I was able to keep everything going for 3 to 4 months
After the flood until presidents weekend by a generator.
Then the house burnt to the ground and i got out of the hobby.
But ive always wanted to come back....today is the day

I just bought a reef ready 150 tank and sump
I dont remember what other eqipment thats good to use anymore

It will eventually be a reeftank again.

Help me out by telling me what equipment i need.
Thanks to all in advance.

Welcome back, I just came back into after a decade break. SO I can;t offer you much info. I decided not to learn the newer LED and went with MH again, skimmers seemed to have some great advancement and I am loving the DC controlled one for tuning.

If you have the $$ a dastaco calcium rx seems the way to go.

A return pump capable of something like 3-5x display tank size in gallons per hour after head loss,etc...

A powerhead or multiple powerheads capable of something like 30-50x display tank size in gallons per hour..

You already have the tank/sump..
So saltwater, porous rock, sand (no less than 1mm in grain size)
A light suitable for the corals you intend to keep..

besides that all other equipment is optional..
