Not Opening & wont go away!

I have a 90 gallon coral and fish mix tank. Fish are Maroon Clown, Lemon Damsel, Coral Beauty and Gold Rim Tang. I have couple peppermint Shrimp and a Coral Banded Shrimp. Several types or mushrooms, Hammer, Frongspawn, Anemones, Leather, Nulcear Green Zoas, Button Polyps, Yellow Polyps and Orange Ricordeas.
Water Levels:
Salt: 1.023
Calcium: 480
Ak: 7 / 125
Nitrate: 0
Amonia: 0
Phosphates: 0
Ph: 8.0

My issues are my polyps and zoas are not opening and dieing off, my Ricordeas look ok, not great like they have and I keep having brown algae on the sand. I am in the process of replacing my bulbs. I have 2 Radium 250 20k w/HQI, 2 55 watt 14k PC, 2 55 PC watt atinics. I feed them frozen food, flakes and seaweed. I just completed a 20 gallon water change to rule that out as I have had this issue for about 3-4weeks now, except the algae for about 2 months. My tank is about 6-7 months old. What are my next steps?

I think you are on the right track. You mentioned that there are brown algae on the sand, are they also on the polyps/zoas?

No, just on the sand polyps are far from the sand. The light bulbs are older than 1 year, could that be the issue for both?

For the algae, the bulbs might be to blame. Most MH start to lose "quality light" after 6 mo.. replacing the bulbs will help. do you use RO/DI water?

Red slime like cyno?
Are any inhabitants missing?
How much do you feed, cyno or red slime algae feeds of excess nutrients. It can eventually go on your rocks and affect your corals

Your salinity is also really low for anemones. If your having problems with algae that means your water quality is not the best. Anemones need the best water quality to thrive.

Thank you for your responses, since my last post I did eliminate the algae part. It was red slime. I treated it and most is now gone.

None of my fish are missing nor any inverts.

Now that the red-slime is almost gone should I see a positive response from the zaos and polyps? And does anyone know how long before the oxygen levels return to normal when using the RedSlime product?

1.026 is what i keep mine at. Ricordeas arent anemones they are mushrooms. I feed my anemones every other day mostly because I want a lot of growth but once or twice a week should be good. I dont feed my ricordeas at all.
