Just got this bali clown and after the second day it has this white spot close to the top fin in the where he has black color. Looks like its a lilttle bump from inside out. Did some searches here and im not sure if its ich cuz it doesent look like a grain and theres no rubbing. Not sure about brook. Fish is eating fine and breathing fine

Also. My other clownfish that is in the same QT ( bought as a pair) has long white stringy poop but no white spots like the other one

Does not appear to be ich. In the first pic his face appears pale. Be prepared and get some formalin or Quick Cure in the event brook symptoms present. Read the stickie at the top of the forum on brook and treatments. At this point you can not make a diagnosis, if one is to be made.

Woke up this morning and the white spot is abit bigger. Looks like a fuzzy piece of lint or something like that. The face came out pale in the pic but his not pale at all. Yesterday he was eating but this morning he kept spitting out the pellets

Without crisp focus it is difficult to ascertain. However it does not appear to be ich. Behavior?

Yeah i dont think its ich. Swims all over the place. Doesent really rub itself on the glass or anything. Was eating fine yesterday. This morning i fed some pellets and it bite them then spat them out

Thats what he ate yesterday. Frozen mysis. Will feed again later tonight. Any idea what it could be? Could it be lymphocystis?

Lymphocystis is moderately common. It looks lumpy (sort of like cauliflower) and is persistent whereas ich is transitory and reoccurring on a semi-predictable schedule. Lymphocystis is easily rectified with good nutrition, ideally supplemented with selcon or similar.

Unfortunatly this morning the clown was dead. Picked up some quick care from walmart since i dont have a fish store close by. Question i have now is should i add the quick care to the tank were the other clown is or wait till after the weekend when i got to a reef store and get some actual medicen? The other clown if completly fine. No sign of anything and eats alot
