Not sure what happened to my clown.

I got 2 clownfish about 2 weeks ago. I have not seen them fight but today one of their tail fin is shredded! I feel awful. Should I seperate them or is this just them deciding who is the dominant one and his fin will grow back? Or will they continue to fight until he is dead.
Should I get a breeder net and put him in that until he gets better?

What type of clowns are they? If they are the same type, they should work it out and be fine if it is only 2.

They were 2 snowflakes. I woke up to the tailless one dead this morning.

Were they the same size? How big? What other fish do you have in the tank? Tank's size?
