Not sure what I have

I'm hoping someone can help me identify what is on my Chromis. It looks like a dark spot, blackish that is inside the fish. Very noticeable when it swims near the light. I've also noticed that recently it has white stringy poop, rapid reparation and no longer eating. Seems to be a little lethargic too. I've also noticed a couple other chromis have the same black spots in them too.

I tried to get a picture of it too, not the greatest but you can see the spot.

This may be uronema, and I say this only because the symptoms seem to slightly fit and this parasite seems to be killing half of the chromis that we hear about on this forum section. The pale poop problem may me internal parasitic worms and can be controlled with Prazi-Pro; but I'd wait until the fish is in better condition to do the PP. The fish parasites sticky by Snorvich can give you some info on uronema.

The blackish area inside the fish could also be internal bleeding from rough handling. FWIW: I hope I'm wrong, but I think you're going to have a tough time saving this fish.

These chromis are fairly old, guessing at least two years. I got them from another hobbyist in the area 6-7 months ago. All my fish were doing ok but then just started dropping one after the other. Now I'm down to 7 fish out of 21 and now searching for answers
