Not sure what is going on. I need help!

I have had my anemone for about 6 months. He has always shrunk and expanded like they do. I feed them silverslides and brine shrimp. In the last 3 days he has not been looking so good. I don't know if maybe this is just something that happens or if he is sick? Any ideas?

im assuming this is a bubbletip anemone??? there are many kinds.. my BTAs have gone through periods of looking kinda bad it happens they shrink and expel waste. you arent feeding him the most nutritious foods.. brine is not nutritious and silverslides have been known to be spoiled from being frozen, shipped off thawed in a truck, refrozen in the stores, and then thawed by you again.
i personally feed my anemone a rotation of squid, oyster, clam, scallop. chopped table shrimp.

Do I just get that food in frozen form as well?

Yea but most of that can be picked up at your local fish store. I try to get mine fresh off the boat so I know it isnt bad
