Not sure what to do

So a few know, but I've been fighting some algae issues. I've tested nitrates and phosphates and the readings are 0. I know the algae could be soaking up the nutrients, but I'm not sure how to tell that. I've turned my light cycle down to 6 hours LED 1 hour sunrise and sun up. 2 hours T5. Bulbs are fresh about 2 months of use on them. I've changed out filter media I have run GFO saw no improvement. I switched to the All in One biopellet and turned on UV to kill any water column Algae spores. I've probably spent at least a grand trying to get rid of this algae honestly. I've tested my RODI water until last week it was reading 0 switched out the DI resin and now it's back to 0. Does anyone have any ideas of what else I can do?

I just got passed fighting this same fight. I did everything you did. I showed 0 phosphates and around 9 nitrates but I had algae everywhere. Cut back on light, cut back on feeding and did water changes. Just seemed to make it worse. I invested in a bio-pellet reactor and began adding phosphate Rx. Once I started doing both of those I started pulling algae out by hand and using a toothbrush to scrub the rock. I also had to put a finer filter pad or filter sock if you have one in to collect the loose algae. After about 2 weeks of all that it just stopped coming back. I have a couple small patches that I just pull out from time to time but those things I did knocked it out for me. I pulled algae and scrubbed everynight just about for those two weeks. I had been dosing vinegar previous to that and through that time also.

What do you think the safest way to go about that is I have Zoa's that are currently on some of my rocks.
