November Meeting - "A dream in motion, but not nearly complete"

Saturday November 25th 2pm till 5 or 6 pm! is the winner, but not by much. 8 people had this date in common, over the 18th...

I figure about 2 ish... and we can take any group topics as anyone wants about 3 or so...

I have for your viewing pleasure...

The De-humidifyer is in, but I'm working on the HVAC guy we married into the family to come hook it up.

the 75 gallon Reef tank upstairs - Plumbed to the basement (140 active gallons), and awaiting a new light hood to cover the new halides from this summer.

30 Gallon Reef and 75 gallon Prop tank running in tandum... Complete with Jandlms spit still on the glass from restarting the only siphon tube in the house...

The wall of 40's... - 6 tanks set up with the intention of breeding that will be linked to the...

300 gallon reef tank that is currently being "repaired" and Renovated" I could talk for hours on this tank... and the problems and challanges a 3 sided penninsula tank poses.

I will get a few munchies and a case or two of soda depending on responses to this poll. Anyone who needs beer.... I have a couple cans laying around, double check the born on dating...

I think I got everything... If anyone wants to suggest any points that we should seriously talk about... let me know, I'm weak in chemistry, but great with the mechanics, as if it didn't show...

Mako, if your comming, I'll swap that stuff with you, otherwise, no rush, I'll get it from you sometime, you frag is still doing quite well.

I'm... I'm .. I'm touched you kept my spit on your tank. I feel horrible now that I didn't keep your gooey stuff (lubricant) on my hose. I may have to forgo (sp) slauightering all those innocent bambis on the 25th and make it to the meeting.

Dehumidifyer is in! and in the last hour has gone from 67% to 57% in the basement. Should be under control by the weekend.
 
I've never been at a meeting because thier all on Saturdays and I work every Saturday other than when I'm off sick
 
Then you have your answer... you'll have to be sick of Jeff, and come to the meeting. Everyone else will be.

I got word, though I had to pry it from my sourse, that Mr. Davis is in WI, and would be notified via carrier pigeon of the meeting, however, the chance that he will not have family obligations is slim. I'm sure I can arrange a private viewing.

Dan, I offered that fellow from Indinosia a pair of your eductors, waiting for a reply. Isn't that awesome! they could be doing their job in reef tanks all over the world...

Looks like that will work for me. I am getting the new frag tank set up as I post so soon we should have lots of things to pick from in future meetings. I will bring the digita and see if I can get the zoo's to stick on a rock. My tank has so much flow there are only a couple things I can still find in my tank from Jess's meeting but they might show up somewhere. If your tank is like mine I could make sure they are stuck to a rock first. Soon as I get the frag tank running the digita will be falling apart to start over from a little frag again so how big and how much do you want Jason?
 
I'll leave it up to you Mike, I only have the one pc that made it, the other didn't fare well downstairs, and when I moved it up, it was to late.

Trying not to put all the eggs in one perverbial basket.

How high are your halides from the surface of your tank?

My lights are like 5 1/2" off the water. The coral came down now I got room for more. And I have a bunch to get rid of I think I will start taking cuttings of all the other over grown stuff too. I like the new frag tank. :rollface:
 
Hey, Is anyone interested in catching a bite to eat after the get together???

I just found out I will be left like cold turkey for the Thnksgiving holiday and the following 3 days... as I have to work...
