A while back I ordered a skimmer, overflow and a set of penductors from www.bluezooaquatics.com. The skimmer and overflow got here within a couple weeks. well Im still waiting on the penductors. I knew the skimmer had been shipped from the company that makes it and not bluezoo. And I figured mabey the overflow was the same. So I sent bluezoo an e-mail asking if they had sent out the pendutors yet, i just wanted to make sure they didnt forget or somthing. Well... this is what they sent me back..

"Hello Bret,

Thank you for your inquiry with Blue Zoo Aquatics. I talked to our drygoods manager here and he says it is on it's way. Because it's arriving via USPS, we are unable to supply you a tracking number. They should have been there already though. I'm going to ship you another set today. If you get the other ones first, don't worry about sending them back. You'll just have two pair. You should get these in 7 days. If you don't drop me another email and we'll figure out where they are going.

So, I think I have a second set of penductors in the mail..

Definatly check out thier site, im going to use them anytime I can. Even if thier not the cheapest, and Im sure if you find a place that is a lot cheaper then these guys, it sounds like they might match the price.

Oh.. and im still waiting on my RO/DI unit to even be shipped. should have ordered one from bluezoo.. would have been here months ago.

yep, they recieved the payment for the RO/DI unit on April 22.. and it still hasnt even been shiped out yet.

You might want to dispute that charge with the creditcard company just to give them a wake up call

i just sent the guy a PM saying I want to know whats going on or i want my money back.. we'll see what he says

If you don't hear anything in a few days, contact your bank and dispute the charges. Make sure you keep a paper copy of all email traffic with you and the company in case the bank asks for it

well I threw a post up in his forum on here.. Purely H2O. Hopefully that will get a respose. I just want my damn RO/DI unit. I need to do a water change, and I dont have the time to go to PPM.

Jeff, any more ideas on where I can put this thing? Still thinking my only option is downstairs in the parking area.

Just got off the phone with Bryan from purelyh2o. Think we got everything worked out. lesson learned.. do business through the website.. not reefcentral..lol probably would have saved me a lot of hassle.

I think downstairs will be the only place where you can get good pressure. That will probably be your best bet.

yea, next time im at kadena PX, im going to look for a small storage unit to stick it in.
