Nuc Green Problem

My problem is I have a two polyp frag of Nuclear Greens, and no matter what I do I cannot find a location they like... I have put them down low and they get a little bigger but start to discolor. If put up high they become a bright green but extremely small polyps... I need spome advice on where to put them and if this is normal.

Now I have a frag of Purple Deaths that if put low become super purple and stay medium sized...

This is under 2x175 MH`s and a good amount of flow...

I have mine under 2 175 halides and 4 54 T5s

I keep them about 3/4 way down the tank and they do great

Wow, those are about 3 times the size of mine. I am going to place them towards the bottom of the tank and see what happens, the baby polyp is just starting to grow so maybe it will get bigger.. DC, what type of flow do you have in your tank...

Following along...the color on mine is good but they aren't any bigger than normal palys and I've had them since April
