Nudi ID please, maybe not my berghias?

I'm really scratching my head over here as I lack knowledge and experience with nudibranches.

A couple months ago I added a pair of berghia nudibranch with the task to eat some aiptasias. I've been noticing these nudibranches on the base of this very large goniopora. The dead spots were already there when purchased.

As you can see in the picture, these nudibranches are currently guarding eggs but i can't put my finger if they relate to berghia or not as their back tentacles look different to me.

Any help is appreciated. If not berghias, are they Cuthona divae?

I really need to figure out if these do or don't eat coral, especially the goni before i go dipping to remove the.


So far I am counting 6 nudi's here, two on the middle of the coral and about 4 bunched up on the bottom. Both sections with eggs as you can see.

I don't think they are Berghias or Cuthona divae, although you might be in the right family. It will very likely be a coral eater, in any case. Here's a similar one with the "double club" cerata that feeds on Porites.

Thanks Don, I went ahead and removed the colony to rid of these guys. Removed the eggs and I went ahead and apply a coat of glue in the area where the eggs were. I was surprise to find a bit more around the large gone colony.
