nudibranch, sea slug???

Can somebody tell me if this nudibranch is good or bad?
Should I keep it?

It seems that it is eating algae on the front glass!

It's a sacoglossan rather than a nudibranch. Which one is hard to tell from the bottom since slug feet tend to look the same, but it's probably one of the many species of Elysia. As you suspected, it's a herbivore.

Therefore I should keep it. On the back, there is some brown.

Do they reproduce in aquarium?

Do you have more than one? If you do, you have a good chance that they will.
