I would like any availible information on any of the common nudibranch. Are they easy to keep? What do they eat? Are they a good or bad addition to a L/S and L/R reef tank? anything helpful would be much appreciated.
Most of the common, pretty nudibranchs are Dorid or Aeolid nudibranchs. They are notorious for eating Cnidarians and Sponges. Basically, if you want to keep some of them, you'll need to feed them sponges, corals, or other like invertebrates. They really aren't that practical to keep. They also seems to have a fatal fascination with potentially deadly objects such as powerheads, pumps, and overflows. I would recommend checking out www.SeaSlugForum.net for more information.
