Nyc Lfs

I'm not new to the hobby, but I am new to NYC. I'm having a hard time believing this - but I can't find any LFS in Manhattan. I'm not even being picky - I haven't found any!

Can anybody help me out on this one? Thanks!

Oddly, no, I haven't - simply because I dont have a NYC phonebook. I'll have to hunt for one. Most of my research has been online

I lived in the city for 16 years. Just moved to VA 5 months ago. The best fish store in NYC is called the New World Aquarium. It is on 38st east side between 2nd and 3rd ave. HTH

The ONLY fish store in manhattan is New World Aquarium on 38th between 2nd and 3rd. Really expensive, but very healthy stuff. Guys will sell most things. The manager is definatly a businuess guy, but the poeple that work there are knowledgable. The guy that runs the saltwater department is a good guy, knows his fish, and makes sure you buy the right thing. Its small for most lfs standards, but big for ny real estate standards. Welcome to NYC, where everything is twice as expensive as everywhere else. Your paying for the privlage to live in a great city htough.

If u cant find a phone book go to Yellowpages.com same as a phone book
