I was under the impression that the meeting was on the 29th. The post at the top has not been changed. reefkoi is correct that this is a little confusing.

What's confusing? The meeting was scheduled for the 22nd initially, then a poll was posted to gauge interest in changing it (I probably shouldn't have done that in retrospect). The poll didn't reflect any real need to change the date, and at no time has there been any communication changing the date..if there had been a change the meeting thread would have been amended, and Robert would have sent out an amended email/PM's.

I explored this option out of respect for Doug, primarily due to the distance he lives. We are just trying to maximize the turnout for his meeting. He was afraid many people would be out of town that weekend and it appears regardless of the weekend, there will be people unable to attend. For the sake of contiuity we will leave the meeting date as is, like I said per the meeting thread. Please disregard all of these other posts.

Todd please let me know where the confusion is and I will take care of it.
