O/T New Camera

Well I'm starting my Vacation next week, so I have to buy a new Toy. Been doing a little research and this is what I came up with.

Its actually one of the best cameras there is. I know most professional underwater photographers use the d200.

Any DSLR should take great pictures, just pick the lens system you want to stick with long term. Camera bodies will come and go, the lenses should last you 1/2 of forever.

I got a new Rebel xti, 10.2 megapixel. Other than I haven't even learned how to use it and still shoot in auto mode, I love this camera!

Andrea: you know I was looking at the Rebel Xti, and almost bought it. I have a friend thats thinking about selling his D200. But now I think he's changed his mind....so might go with the Rebel....

I bought mine at Ritz Camera online after weeding through the other scumbags that advertise them for dirt cheap, take out the battery that comes standard with it and charge $ 150.00 for it. Or tell you all kind of lies and try and intimidate you into buying some extended warranty crap.......
