OASE Biomaster 250T

I have a recently purchased OASE Biomaster 250T filter. On paper it looked good but in practice fails to adequately filter the water leaving floating matter in the water column. This filter is also coupled up to the OASE Cleartronic. Between both bits of kit performance at best is poor. Just wondering if others using this filter have the same experience as myself.

Make sure the segments are aligned and placed correctly. If not stuff can be allowed to flow passed the filtration.

Thanks, tried that but will have another go. I think flow is the issue. It's supposed to do 900lph but doesn't appear to be anywhere near that. I've disconnected the UV to see if that makes a difference. At the moment it doesn't look very promising
