obtaining a mated pair of clown fish

I am interested in adding a mated pair of clown fish to my reef tank. I obtained a great pair about 10 years ago from my local aquarium shop which is since out of business. This pair of maroon clowns spawned every month for years until the ice storm of 2003 caused my tank to crash. During the last two years, I have unsuccessful in raising juvenile clowns to pair off. Can anyone suggest a way good way to achieve success or a business which can be trusted to send a mated pair.

ORA sells mated pairs on occassion. You have to call them and find out what they have available, and then you have to go to a LFS that deals with ORA and have them order the pair for you. ORA does not deal direct. Option 2 would be to find someone locally that is getting rid of a pair. I have a pair I ordered thru ORA. When I got them they resumed spawning within a month or 2 of me receiving them. I suspect as they get older the spawns may be smaller so they retire them.

Live Aquaria sells mated pairs all the time.

Well, Live Aquaria sells "mated" pairs = they aren't killing each other. ORA often sells "mated" pairs = they have already spawned together at least once. That second type is much more valuable, FWIW.
