He started showing interest in my hawiian feather duster a few months back and he would try to burry himself in it but he only frightened the worm. but eventually I guess the worm got used to him and now he stays nestled in his worm and even sleeps there at night. I'll get a pic if I can. Anyone else have this happen?

Sorry for the bad quality! sorry... i took these with my phone...

My brother has a false perc that host's a feather duster, pretty wierd. I guess I'll congratulate you on the hosting, it's crazy the things they'll host.

mine hosts in a stand of watermelon mushrooms, I look in there and all I can see is his head poking out from between them.

My A. percula used to host a duster, but has moved on to an anemone since then.

My Occ. host in my nem but when Ethel gets mad at Fred and kicks him out he goes to the duster and sleeps there at night, but only if Ethel is really mad and wont let Fred back in the nem.

I haven't seen that specifically, but I do have one hosted in a flowerpot coral & in another tank, a mated pair hosted in some yellow polyps.

I just can't figure out why he does it. Isn't the whole reason for clowns to live in anemones for protection, because the anemones (and even some corals) sting. So why would a clown host a worm?

I don't know why the worm puts up with him, but it must be used to it because it won't even pull in if i touch it.
