I know the owner moved from the US to S Korea. I think I remember reading that EverGrow now owns part of the company???
But yes, being out of stock on the only fixture you've been selling (the T247-B), still having old, out of stock fixtures on the website a year or more after they are gone, hinting that a new fixture is coming in 30 days and then over 90 days later saying they're sorry, but there is no new fixture, and not answering questions in their sponsor forum all looks very suspicious.
In the first couple of years their sponsor forum used to be very responsive and helpful, but it's really gone way down hill in the last year or two. Sad!
