Ocean Runner pumps?

Anyone have an opinion on these. A couple LFS around here are pushing them pretty hard. I looked at one it seems well built, but I don't know much about it.
Its either going to be an OR 3500 or the tried and true Mag 9.5.

Also, kind of unrelated... the ASM skimmers, can they be oriented in any direction? I noticed the G3 footprint was like 12x7 or so, I don't think 12 will fit through the frame on top of a 29G tank comfortably, so if possible, I'd like to orient the 7ish" dimension in line with the 13" side of the tank.

I have 3 OceanRunners in my system, 2 3500s and a 2700. They are much more energy efficient than a Mag and put out less heat. I think the only drawback if any is they are kinda big.

Its bigger than 12x7 More like 12x11 They are pretty big. I have my G3 in my 30 gal sump. It goes through the top no problem.

IMO, the Ocean Runners are MUCH better than the Mags. The Mags are just too loud for me.
