Well, I found a good home for my ocellaris pair through my LFS and I went out to buy a maroon pair to replace them. Well the pairs were too big so I ended up bying a gold banded maroon clown by itself. By the time I got home my LFS had closed so I just separated my ocellaris in a container floating on top of the water. It worked and in the morning there they were.
So far so good, right?
Then my little buddy the urchin decided he wanted to take a look-see, and gripped it with his little suction tentacles and tipped it over. So when I came out of the shower, there were my ocellaris in with my maroon (who by the way hosted my BTA within a hour of introducing it to my tank.). I panicked thinking they would fight, but instead the maroon stayed where it had been in it's anemone and the ocellaris really didn't seem to care any. What's going on? Could they have really gotten used to him over night?
You gotta love my urchin, though. Always fouls up my plans (via. Knocking over coral, eating coralline algae if I don't give it enough sea weed, etc.)
