Ocellaris Clownfish having problems

[Search is down.....sorry]

I'm new to this hobby, having started my tank mid January. I have 2 green chromis and 2 clowns.

My clowns spend most of their day on the bottom of my tank in two spots (except for bedtime, they go to their rock). Every once in a while, they'll jerk oddly...sometimes when they're together (submissive thing), but other times when they're apart and alone. I have noticed the larger one trying to scratch 'her' mouth or jaw area on nearby rocks.
Also, the larger of the 2 appears to be breathing slightly heavier than the other. I'm not familiar with them enough to know if it's much heavier than normal.

They show no spots or film, and their color have always been good. I have noticed a long, clear stringy excretion coming from their underside at different times. They appear to feed well, and are quite eager when I approach with food. The rest of the time, they spend in corners on the bottom.

Please help. :(

First, your tank is too 'young' to have fish in it. Your tank is still going through chemical and biological changes and should only have a clean-up crew in it at this point in time.

If they are wild-caught anemonefishes, then the best process would have been to put them in a quarantine tank and treat them for the very common illness of Brooklynella. This article mentions this:

So, if you haven't done this already, there is a chance they could be affected by this very common ailment amongst anemonefishes. Moving on from there. . .The excrement is not proper. It may be signs of an intestinal problem, like worms. Here is a thread on that:

Good luck! :)
