I purchased an Ocellaris clown fish for my False Percula about 2 weeks ago. He came out of a very large system at one of my LFS's. The fish looked ok when I got him....so I quarantined the fish and he has developed a White Beard and some white spots on some of his fins.
I called the LFS and he stated it was just a fungus and it should drop off. Well, its just gotten bigger over time.
He eats like a horse and is very active...any thoughts? I also have a Banggai Cardinal Fish with him in quarantine and shows no sign of this White beard or any spots....
