Ocellaris lying on sand bed?

I bought a pair of black & white ocellaris for my new tank today, and after acclimating them for almost 2 hours and putting them in, one started lying on the sand bed and breathing fast almost immediately, while the other was perfectly fine and all over the place.

Now it's 3 hours later, and the weak one is moving around more than he was before, but he still seems a little weaker than the other guy.

I have a BioCube 29, I've had LR, LS, and 4 hermits and 2 snails in there for 8 days with no problems. I tested the water this morning before adding the clowns and everything was perfect.

Do I have anything to worry about?
