Ocellaris not paring

HI
I have three Amphirion Ocellaris in my tank and a GBTA.
They are in my tank for nine month now,and still stay at one corner near surface, never swimming around the tank.
My tank is a 200 gal,and they don't leave the back left corner of it.
Two of them ,ones i bought together, are about a 1 1/2" and the other about 2" that i bought separately.
Is this normal that they do not come down from the upper corner ?
I also do not see any behaviour of mating.
Is this a normal behaviour?
Is there anything i can do to help the sex definition in these fish?

You should get rid of one of the 1 1/2" ocellaris. The other two should become a pair with time. Is there something in the tank that could be harassing them and forcing them back into that corner?

Hi
Yes,there maybe.I have a Damsel that is quite aggressive, but i have never seen her bothering them.I have just removed her two hours ago,so lets see how it goes for the clowns.
I haven't removed one of the little ones because i am trying to get another one to put in my other tank.
I was hopping that ,when i get the other one,and place it in my softies tank, they would became a pair more easy.

Hi
So,after some help from me,they finally hosted my GBTA,and defined who is who and what.
I have removed from tank my ferocious Damsel, and,a litle time after the clowns where paring and hosting the GBTA.
I believe it was the presence of a dominant fish was avoiding the final end of this story.
