Odd blotches on Toadstool

I recently recived a toadstool frag over a month ago. It extends a majority of its polyps except for a few odd splotches on the coral. I'm unsure what they are, but I do not want to lose this coral. Any tips on what they are or similar experiences?

p.s. all other corals are fine. Other softies, LPS, digi frags. I also don't believe it's an issue of current either as I've tried moving it to different locations.
