Odd Looking Hitchhiker

First off, just wanted to say hello and thank you. First time posting on the forum but every bit of info on here has helped me tremendously in setting up my first real.

Tonight I noticed this guy in on my rock. First I thought it was just debris, but watched him very slowly move. I pulled him out of the tank just to be safe. Anyone know what he is? Looked around but didn't see anything familiar.
