odessey light mods from pc to t5

Just ordered the 72" metal halide/ pc combo set and just wondering if anyone switched out the four 96 watt pc's for T5's.

I'm already going to switch out the ballasts and bulbs for the mh portion but instead of replacing the pc ballasts and bulbs I was wondering if four 36watt T'5's would do the trick.
