@dantdodge have you sent off for an ICP test? Also, I would recommend an Aquabiomics test to see if you have any bad bacteria/pathogens.
Your lighting period could be longer but none of the lights should be a reason for RTN, etc.
I just dosed Cipro because like you, almost all my corals including colonies turned brown then slowly STN, RTN and everything I did prior shouldn't have caused that. Except, one of the things I did was take my UV sterilizer offline.
If all of your parameters are inline and you cannot come up with a reason/answer then a pathogen is a very strong possibility.
I am not suggesting to run out and dump antibiotics into your system but at this point it might help.
